Rescue Dog Peet Keeps Fans Smiling Every Day!

Peet is a rescue from South Carolina who was brought to Long Island by Last Chance Animal Rescue. This now local celebrity was adopted by Jillian and her wife. Peet's an eight year old Double Dapple Dachshund with a pretty hilarious sense of humor, or maybe that's his ghostwriter-dogmom, Jillian. On any given day, you'll find Peet perched on a tractor or holding out for another piece of his favorite snack, cheese! 

Jillian said Peet has changed their lives for the better in a million ways. "We have made so many friends because of him, all over the world, and in our town too. We met a couple at our local wine store who fell in love with Peet to the point that they basically adopted us too. Four years later, they hosted our wedding in their backyard.
