How this Dog Mom and Rescue Dog Manage Anxiety Together

Cooper came to me as a highly anxious 5-month old puppy who wanted to live in crate, hide under all of the furniture, and never ever walk out the front door.
Over the last two years, Cooper and I have grown so much together. I have helped Cooper with his anxiety through lots of training and exposure and, in return, he helps me with mine. Cooper and I love to go on nature adventures and meet up with other doggo friends!
Cooper is nervous with new people, but he LOVES animals. His BFF is his baby sister, Mini the cat, who he helped raise when she came to us as a very sick youngen. Cooper is a goofy, loving, gangly, awkward, derpy, gigantic hunk of dog and I couldn’t imagine my life without him. He makes every single day better ❤️ @notso_mini_cooper @pawsnewengland
